Make sure you are in the know and operating within the law when it comes to compliance and regulatory energy matters for your generation systems.
A number of registrations are required prior to commissioning of a solar PV system over 100kW.
If you are installing a solar PV system over 100kW, the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA), the Office of the Technical Regulator (OTR), SA Power Networks (SAPN) and the Clean Energy Regulator (CER) all require various applications, compliance plans and ongoing reporting.
Tandem Energy are able to provide support in completing these applications and managing your ongoing compliance.
We can assist your business in the application process for a licence, ensuring that you are aware of all the obligations as a generator and are aware of the annual commitments regarding reporting.
Service includes:
- Assistance in the application of generating licences from the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA)
- Development of your business’ Safety, Reliability, Maintenance and Technical Management Plan and Compliance Documentation, abiding by all relevant legislation
- Support in providing annual compliance reports to ESCOSA and OTR
- Registering your solar system with the Clean Energy Regulator to enable generation of LGCs (large-scale generation certificates).
