We installed a data logger at our winner’s home from 8th to 28th March. This recorded the energy use of a number of different circuits – the air-conditioning, the stove, the lights, and everything else. We identified the day where they used the most energy, and also discovered what a typical day in their house looks like. What do you think of this format? Is it easy to read, does it have enough information on it, what else would you like to see?
Our winner liked the format. She said “The report was great. It gave us a good idea of how we are using our electricity and gives us an idea of what we need to spend in order to get a system that will meet our requirements. The format is easy to understand – my 8 year old son could even explain it to me.”
